Integralność – ważny aspekt kształcenia uniwersyteckiego w XXI wieku

Abstract
EN: This article shows the idea of integrality as a possible factor of overcoming the current crisis of university. At the beginning it refers to the origins of the crisis of modern university, as a result of the invasion of rules of corporations into academic culture. Then it explains the idea of integrality as a key element of reflection that overcomes the limits of modernism and postmodernism. The article describes approaches to teaching and learning in Western higher education across eras, including the scenario of integral higher education. Finally it presents purposeful practices aiming to catalyze integral development. /// PL: Autorki wskazują ideę integralności i rozwoju integralnego jako możliwe czynniki przezwyciężenia kryzysu współczesnego uniwersytetu. Na początku odwołują się do przyczyn kryzysu współczesnego uniwersytetu wskutek inwazji norm korporacyjnych na kulturę akademicką. Następnie wyjaśniają ideę integralności jako kluczowego elementu refleksji wykraczającej poza ograniczenia modernizmu i postmodernizmu. W dalszej części przywołują podejścia do nauczania i przyswajania wiedzy w wyższej edukacji na Zachodzie na przestrzeni wieków, włączając scenariusz wyższej edukacji integralnej.
