INTEGRATED APPROACH IN CALCULATION OF THE ECONOMIC EFFECT OF THE FUNCTIONING OF THE TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIC COMPLEX WITH THE ACCOUNT OF THE RISK FACTOR

Abstract
To use a complex criterion for choosing the rational load-carrying capacity of cars when delivering sugar beets to the plant. It takes into account the total specific costs of the logistics system with a certain reliability in the fleet operation. There are four components are taken into cost of delivery: the costs for the work of the agricultural enterprise, the costs of the cargo handling warehouse, the specific costs of the logistic center for processing root crops, and the costs of the transport enterprise on the delivery of sugar beets to the plant. In order to achieve minimum costs, the researcher agreed on the condition of coordinated work, in which the capacity of the vehicle fleet should be equal to the minimum capacity of the plant. For a selection of the optimal variant of vehicles, a graphical estimation method is proposed. It provides the optimal value of the complex indicator.
