INTELLECTUAL MIGRATION: PROBLEMS AND WAYS OF THEIR SOLUTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The problem of emigration of most educated and skilled professionals is important for Ukraine. The article examines the reasons and consequences of intellectual migration in the country. The ways of reducing its scope were examined. The structure of intellectual migrants was also analyzed. The measures for improving migration policy in Ukraine were proposed.
