INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AS THE FOUNDATION OF THE INNOVATIVE MODEL OF ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT

Abstract
The article describes the essence of intellectual property as an economic category. The tendencies of processes of receipt of applications for inventions, utility models, signs for goods and services, and receipt of security documents on them are considered. The conceptual bases of commercialization of objects of intellectual property right as one of the main factors of economy of transformation of results of intellectual activity into profit are investigated.
