Intelligent Double Control System of Water and Electricity for Agricultural Irrigation Well House

Abstract
In order to establish and improve agricultural water price formation mechanism, a new intelligent double control system of water and electricity for agricultural irrigation well house was proposed. According to the functional requirements of practical task requirement, four layers distributed local closed loop structure was adopted in the design of the system, which was divided into control management layer, information collection layer, charge management layer and control execution layer. The charge management of water and electricity was realized by using one card. The experiment results show that the success rate of swiping card reaches100%, the accuracy class of water metering reaches 0. 5, and the accuracy class of electronic energy meter reaches 1. 0. After the message reissue mechanism is added in remote communication system, the reported success rate of data reaches 100%. The intelligent double control system of water and electricity integrates multi-layer structure. The automation of agricultural irrigation by water metering, electricity metering and charge management is realized.
