INTERACTION OF DIVISIONS OF CRIMINAL POLICE (CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT) WITH THE INVESTIGATOR AT DISCLOSURE AND INVESTIGATION OF ROBBERIES AND ASSAULTS

Abstract
In article interaction of divisions of criminal police (criminal investigation department) with the investigator at disclosure of robberies and assaults is considered. It is defined that high-quality investigation of robberies and assaults perhaps only at complex use of forces and means available at constant improvement of tactics and methods of practical activities and also at the creative relation to business of staff of all divisions. Interaction between investigators and quick workers is analysed, the main organizational forms of interaction, need of improvement of such interaction are characterized.
