SURETY AS A KIND OF PROVIDING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF CONSUMER CREDIT OBLIGATIONS

Abstract
This article is devoted to analysis of surety as a kind of providing accomplishment of consumer credit obligations. The finance crisis became foundation for discovering and disclosure different problem aspects of law regulation of this relationships. The discussions of the ways for improvement the appropriate regulations of national valid legislation provoked discussions at science and court practice. The question of law regulation of surety relationships exploded by several national scientists. The author paid attention to law essence of surety, particularity of subject’s structure, procedure of contract formation, contents of surety contract, scope of responsibility of surety person. The legislative changes propounds on the basis of this analysis.
