INTERACTIVE TEACHING TECHNOLOGIES AS A WAY OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF THE FUTURE MANAGERS

Abstract
Introduction. The topicality of this research is due to the need for introducing methods and technologies of teaching that are adequate to the modern conditions and will help the formation of professional competencies of the future specialists, into the educational process of higher educational establishments of the III-IV accreditation levels. Methods. The methodological basis of this research is the systemic approach to studying the provisions of pedagogical science related to interactive teaching technologies. Results. The report examines the essence and classification of interactive teaching methods, analyses their advantages over traditional methods. It includes examples of application of interactive teaching methods and stipulates their effectiveness as a way of forming professional competencies of the future managers. Discussion. The research substantiates the need to introduce interactive technologies for professional adaptation of the future managers into the teaching process at higher education establishments
