Journal Title: Zeszyty Naukowe Wyższej Szkoły Humanitas Zarządzanie - Year 2013, Vol 14, Issue 2
Abstract
Each organized activity is characterized by the existence of specified procedures, principles of operation determined by the management of given organizational unit, which are to ensure integrity of operation, and above all to achieve assumed goals. Nevertheless, even the best rules and systems developed will not be fully effective if the internal control procedures do not operate at the same time. This regularity includes also public administration organizational units. Therefore, the internal control systems, in particular management control, are introduced in them.
