INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN THE FIELD OF TRAFFICKING OF HUMANS

Abstract
The problem of human trafficking was always relevant to mankind. However, the struggle with it becomes more relevant than ever in a civilized, democratic society, which seeks not only to proclaim, but also to safeguard the rights and freedoms of its citizens. The best controller for preventing trafficking in human beings is international cooperation in combating human trafficking. The aim of the work is to analyze the ways of international cooperation in this field. The article deals with the national and transnational nature of trafficking in human beings and the peculiarities of combating them. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of international acts on the prohibition of trafficking in human beings. This topic is relevant in connection with what is the prospect of research aimed at improving the international and national legal systems for the prevention of trafficking in human beings.
