International experience of management of professional and amateur art in the system of public administration

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the international experience in managing of professional and amateur art in the public administration system. Based on the analysis of the foreign researchers’ English-speaking sources, a conclusion about the purposeful state financing expediency of the cultural sphere was made.
