INTERNATIONAL FACTOR IS IN ANTIGERMAN CAMPAIGN IN YEARS OF THE FIRST WORLD WAR

Abstract
In the article the international factor of problem of the “German question” of period of the first world war and ethnopolitics of tsarism – antigerman campaign is examined in Russia 1914–1917 are political, legal, economic, social and in a civilized manner-ideological measures and actions that were directed against the German population of the Russian empire. Germanophobia in Russia in the war-time in a great deal explained by influence of international situation, but not only domestic policy of tsar’s power, as it is traditionally accepted to consider. In this case the ideological providing of the armed conflict of leading participating countries of First world war found the reflection in development of mutual and mutual propagandist and discriminatory campaigns that envisaged repressions against hostile citizens, fight against the culture of quarreling nation, artificial intensifying of interethnic relations and others like that. This process that was created by state power and public idea purchased out-of-control character and firmly took root in mass consciousness of warring people.
