International mechanism for ensuring rights of internally displaced persons and its implementation by Ukraine at the regional level

Abstract
The article examines the international mechanism for ensuring rights of internally displaced persons. The current state of implementation of the international mechanism for ensuring rights of internally displaced persons by Ukraine at the regional level is determined. Proposals are being put forward to im-prove the actions of state and local authorities in the field regarding the implementation of an international mechanism for ensuring rights of internally displaced persons.
