INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS FOR RULES ON CORRUPTION OFFENSES

Abstract
The analysis of conventions ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are the part of the national anti-corruption legislation. Based on the results, revised wording of the rules on crimes that constitute corruption crimes in Ukraine was proposed.
