Internationalisms and interlexemes: different approaches to their definition

Abstract
The article concerns the problem of a constant increase of international vocabulary. The analysis of the most current definitions of international vocabulary is proposed in the article. The most typical interlexemes are distinguished on the material of English, French and Ukrainian languages. 150 internationalisms of explanatory dictionaries of mentioned languages were the exploring material.
