Internet jako środowisko wsparcia młodzieży w sytuacjach żałoby

Abstract
EN: Mourning process is a difficult experience, that requires working through all its stages – shock, despair, anger, great sadness so that in the end one can accept the loss of a close person. Special care and mindfulness is required in the situation when the mourning is experienced during adolescence – in this case it attends a natural developmental crises caused by building ones autonomies. Today, it turns out that internet is the first place where teenagers are looking for support in the case of mourning. Sense of anonymity, the amount of, and easy access to, information, ease of building new relationships can be more important part of the social support then the closest environment. The research presented in this paper shows possible forms of social support that can be found by teenagers in internet, its benefits and threats. PL: Proces żałoby jest doświadczeniem trudnym, wymagającym przepracowania wszystkich kolejnych właściwych dla niego etapów – szoku, rozpaczy, złości, ogromnego smutku, by ostatecznie móc się pogodzić ze śmiercią bliskiej osoby. Szczególnej troski i uwagi wymaga dla otoczenia sytuacja, gdy żałoba pojawia się w okresie adolescencji – pokrywa się ona wówczas z naturalnym kryzysem rozwojowym związanym z budowaniem autonomiczności jednostki. Współcześnie okazuje się, że miejscem w którym nastoletnia osoba może zacząć poszukiwać źródeł wsparcia w sytuacji żałoby jest Internet. Poczucie anonimowości, wielość i szybkość pozyskania informacji, łatwość nawiązania nowych relacji opartych na autokreacyjnych możliwościach nowej technologii może okazać się ważniejszym elementem wsparcia społecznego niż najbliższe otoczenie. Prezentowane w artykule wyniki badań mają na celu wskazać możliwe formy wsparcia społecznego uzyskiwanego przez młodzież w Internecie oraz płynące z tego korzyści i zagrożenia.
