Interoperability of state institutions, enterprise structures and society in the process of the state regulation of economic development of the country

Abstract
The article investigates the interaction of state institutions, business structures and society in the process of state regulation of economic development of the country. Investigated public functions of state institutions. An analytical study of the cost of providing such services is proposed to make strategic decisions on a more effective way of providing socially meaningful services. The share of government expenditures in the country's gross domestic product is determined. Economic growth in the country is proposed taking into account environmental and social constraints. The division of functions performed by state institutions in relation to business units and aimed at satisfying the basic needs of society is proposed. The structure of the interaction of state institutions, business structures and society in the process of state regulation of the economic development of the internal environment by the functional orientation is developed. In today's transformational conditions, the role of state institutions in regulating the country's economic development has fundamentally changed. The state institutions are presented with modern strategic priorities, due to the need for adequate performance of their activities in order to solve the tasks of socio-economic development of the national economy under the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors. The general issues of state regulation in the macroeconomic environment are devoted to research: Hrihorieva H.S., Safonova Yu.M., Lomochinskaya I.A., Maslennikov Ye.I., Evtushenko O.N., Poberezhets O.V., Nosach L.L. et.al.. State institutions should ensure economic growth and development of the national macroeconomic environment through the full implementation of their public functions, taking into account established principles. State institutions should be an auxiliary regulator of economic processes in the national economy and act as an active subject of redistribution of financial and economic resources in the internal environment, taking into account exogenous and endogenous factors. Unlike the business environment, the purpose of state institutions' activity should be not to earn resources, but to spend on them at all times. These aspects change the priority of the work of state institutions, distorting the notion of labor productivity, target benchmarks, and so on. The proposed interaction of state institutions, business structures and society in the process of state regulation of the economic development of the internal environment will provide a significant strategic breakthrough in the growth of the national economy.
