Interpretation of modern political process within the boundaries of political science

Abstract
The modern theoretical going is examined the analysis of concept “Political process” by the foreign and home political science. The category “political process” is analysed in two aspects – “macro” and “microvalue”. It is shown that direction of development of conceptual looks to the political process is related by two basic looks: micro- and macrolevels. Political activity as constituent of political process that is characterized by the orientation of actions of political actors in relation to a change or development of the political system is considered. It is reasonable, that a political process has a two-tier structure: the first level is official acts and actions, that determine the location of political forces and character of their activity, and second level normatively, are unofficial co-operations of political actors concerning access to the resources and levers of power.
