Investigating and Identifying the Cybercrimes Relevant to Banking Network and the Quality of Prevention (the case study of Mahabad banks)

Abstract
Despite the facilities that the application of internet provide, it enables the villains to get aware of the entering ways to public sections’ computer systems and those of secret-based organizations. In addition, the repercussions of villains’ behavior regarding the lack of geographical limitations or national borders in virtual contexts are not predictable. The current study aims to investigate and identify the cybercrimes having to do with banking network and the quality of its prevention in Mahabad. The statistical population comprises of 472 and the study sample was obtained as 211 using Cochran formula. In order to assess the experts’’ point of views, the study made use of the researcher-developed questionnaire where the reliability was estimated as 0.94 using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The statistical analysis of the study indicate that there are cybercrimes in banking systems. Also, applying judicial, technical and socio-cultural solutions are offered in this study to prevent the cybercrimes.
