Investigating the Role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Based on The Padsakov’s Model Among Municipal Employees

Abstract
The main objective of this paper is to evaluate the role of organizational citizenship behavior based on the Padsakov’s model. To achieve this objective, a descriptive survey method has been used. The statistical population of the study consisted of 50 municipality employees in Bojnourd. In this research, the effect of five major factors such as altruism, conscientiousness, chivalry, civil virtue, and respect and reverence have been investigated. The questionnaire of Padsakov and colleagues is used. The results of this research show that the conscientiousness component has the lowest mean and the altruistic component has the highest mean among the employees of the municipality and the other components of the organizational citizenship behavior have a mean and normal mean.
