Investigation of hard spherical segments bahavior in an elastic medium under waves twisting

Abstract
The point, connected with the use of shell structures, concerning study of non-deformed shells interaction with surrounding elastic medium is stripped from the general range of problems in this article. An approach to the study of stationary wave diffraction problems on spherical defects, based on the method of discontinuous solutions and the method of generalized integral transforms was developed in this paper. Discrete solutions of the wave equation and the three-dimensional equations of the elasticity linear theory in a spherical coordinate system are constructed. The problems of torsion wave diffraction on the immobility (mobility) spherical bodies of shell type are solved. Integral-differential equations by the reduction method were solved numerically, which allowed calculating the reaction torque for a spherical defect. The dependence of torque shell switching frequency waves irradiated it, as well as the angle of attack of the wave impact was investigated. These results allow determining the reactive torque twisting, which should be attached to the inclusion to be fixed, the oscillation amplitude of the movable switching and thoroughly explore the distant zone in an elastic medium.
