Investigation of the processes of interaction of free jets of loose materials and air flows

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the processes of interaction of free jets of loose materials and air flows, in order to determine the kinematic patterns of the connection of air masses to the material flows of materials during the design of receiving devices for building materials and aspiration systems. This is achieved through the use of complex characteristics that take into account the interdependence and interconnection of the parameters of dust-air masses in receiving and aspiration systems with the parameters of material flows and echoed air flows. The problems of determining air flow parameters in the transport and processing lines, including the free-falling stream of material, are reduced to the determination of the total pressure, volume and air velocity, determining the direction of movement of dust and air flows. The purpose of the article is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks in the calculations and design of the handling sites for loose building materials and aspiration systems by using complex characteristics that take into account the interdependence and interrelation of air parameters in receiving devices and aspiration systems with material flow parameters. The calculation of the air ejection by loose building materials in the reloading areas of the construction industry enterprises allows for relatively simple, by using complex characteristics that take into account the interrelation of the parameters of free material jets and air flows, with accuracy sufficient for engineering calculations, to determine the basic aerodynamic parameters of the operation of the reloading sites at the enterprises of the construction industry. The obtained data showed that further studies of air ejection by free material jets of various building materials are needed in order to determine the basic aerodynamic parameters of the operation of the reloading sites at the construction industry enterprises.
