INVESTMENT CLIMATE AND INVESTMENT ATTRACTIVENESS OF THE REGION

Abstract
The concepts of investment climate of the region and investment attractiveness as its component are considered in the article. The key factors influencing the formation of investment attractiveness of the region are considered. The problems hindering the development of investment activity in the regions are identified. As a result of the conducted research, it is found that investment flows serve economically developed regions of Ukraine, neglecting less developed regions, which strengthens the further increasing of regional disparities and weakens economic interrelations between the regions. A set of measures to improve the investment climate at the regional level is proposed.
