Isolated H-type tracheo-esophageal fistula - usefulness of modern radiography (case report)

Abstract

The study presents a case of a newborn with H type tracheoesophageal fistula, which was diagnosed by using contrast rapid-seque-nce cine-radiography. The examination confirmed existence of this anomaly and also showed its rare localization in the thoracic part of the esophagus.
