ISSUES OF HIGHER EDUCATION OF SIGNING DEAF IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article briefly disclosed content of the legislative documents of Ukraine on the list of conditions for people with educational needs in places where external independent assessment of the quality of education is processed; about the list of diseases that make free from testing; on the list of higher educational institutions, which allocate a quota for the creation of special groups of deaf students. Tables are presented with detailed explanations of the training of deaf students in higher educational institutions of Ukraine. Attention is focused on the number of educational sign language interpreters for the provision of sign training for deaf students in various institutions of higher education. Proposals are presented for special schools for deaf, hearing-impaired children and higher education institutions, which facilitate to pursue higher education by signing deaf persons in Ukraine.
