ISSUES OF IMPLEMENTATION OF ANTI-RECESSIONARY STRATEGIES (ON THE EXAMPLE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE FAR EAST TERRITORIES)

Abstract
The article describes the main issues of anti-recessionary strategy implementation (Far East territory) in context of Russian Federation national interests and security. Basic model of international (global) competitiveness of Far East business and its development are stated from the point of necessity of regional transformations for the purpose of population. It is concluded that Far East economic and geographical location makes it a strategic region for Russia – APEC relations stabilization and development.
