URGENT ISSUES OF INTRODUCTION OF THE IMPROPER MEDICAL TREATMENT CLAUSE TO THE CRIMINAL CODE OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
In this paper the issue of introduction of the improper medical treatment clause to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is raised. Such initiative is taken by Russia's Investigative Committee. In this article it is noted that today in the country the uniform procedure of such delict records is not developed and applied. The investigation bodies and law court have no identical approach in classification of the actions falling within concept of improper character of the medical treatment. It is noted that today the Russian criminal law does not react appropriately to this problem that causes emergence of serious issues in law enforcement. The stance of professional association of the Russian doctors on the called problem is given, the designated problem is also interesting and significant for them. The main attention in this regard was paid to the determination of the directions of the designated problem solution. One of the most effective ways is the organization of professional interaction of doctors and lawyers.
