ISSUES OF ENSURING FOOD SECURITY IN RUSSIA ON MACRO- AND MESO-LEVEL UNDER THE CONDITIONS OF THE FOREIGN TRADE SANCTIONS

Abstract
In the paper the food security is considered as the most important element of system of national security of Russia. The purpose of the research is the analysis of the current state and key problems of ensuring food security on macro- and meso-level. In this article the role of food security is emphasized as one of main social and economic tasks. The need of ensuring the Russian market with food of domestic production under the conditions of the foreign trade sanctions is proved, the analysis of the state and problems of food security for the fullest usage of selfsufficiency potential is carried out.
