DIFFERENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT LEVEL OF THE REGIONS AND THE ISSUE OF YOUTH EMPLOYMENT: MUTUAL CONTACT AND DEPENDENCY

Abstract
The researches have shown that socioeconomic development of the regions in any country and between different countries is implemented at different speed. The differences observed in the development level of the regions in the country lead to the fact that people, including the young, do not have access to health and education services, cultural activities equally, and do not have a job and salary in the same level. And this results in an active worker flow from the underdeveloped region. The skilled work force, which is economically active population category, along with the hidden and open unemployed is taking part at this flow right from the surroundings to the developing region. The qualified and professional employees who have ownership and entrepreneurial spirit in the surrounding regions but who do not consider their region to be the most advantageous, especially young people, are among the first who leave the region. The surrounding regions that have lost their young, active and professional personnel with entrepreneurial spirit face the difficulties even in protecting their existing development levels losing their development potential.
