ISSUES OF MONDIALISM INTERPRETATION POST-GLOBAL WORLD

Abstract
Differences between mondialism and globalism are found out. It is proved that there is a crisis of the neoliberal model of globalization and contemporary globalism of the USA. In this context, mondialism is considered in the context of postglobalizm – a new era in world politics. It is shown that mondialism is a movement to unite the world and the establishment of a world government, it is naturally expressed in the targeted destruction of the sovereignty and inde-pendence of nation states. The term «mondialism» means ideological, ideological component of globalization. In its turn, «globalism» is a monopoly on the world of the state. It has been shown that many scholars identify mondialism with globalism. Another concept, which identifies globalism is the «imperialism» or «neo-imperialism». The main thing for mondialists is the capitalist economy, which should ideally be free from the constraints of national governments
