ИСТОРИЧЕСКИЙ ЦЕНТР В КОНТЕКСТЕ ПЛАНИРОВОЧНОЙ СТРУКТУРЫ СОВРЕМЕННОГО ГОРОДА

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of reconstruction of historical cities of North Azov region, preservation of their originality and expressiveness as monuments of history, culture and town-planning art. The role of the historical center in the overall planning composition as a city-forming factor, its functional, compositional and aesthetic connection with modern buildings is investigated. It seems important to address the issues of reconstruction, taking into account modern regulatory requirements, taking into account the psychology of the perception of the interior of the city space with a certain degree of its aggressiveness - the state of conformity of the parameters of historical building with modern regulatory requirements, both physical and psychological. In the process of the study, the system-structural analysis was applied, according to which the planning structure of the city, its historical and modern parts are viewed in one connection, on the one hand, and as a derivative of the shift (during the existence of the city) of the political, socio-economic functions underlying the formation of the future city - on the other.
