ІСТОРИЧНЕ КРАЄЗНАВСТВО В КОНТЕКСТІ ВИВЧЕННЯ СУСПІЛЬНОПОЛІТИЧНОЇ КРИЗИ ПІВДЕННОГО СХОДУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
У статті проведено комплексний аналіз форм та напрямків історико-краєзнавчої роботи та проблематику наукових досліджень в контексті вивчення суспільнополітичної кризи Південного Сходу України. За допомогою проблемно-хронологічного методу визначено основні наукові проблеми, до дослідження яких зверталися науковці. Дана оцінка науковому надбанню, яке сьогодні накопичено з історії Донеччини та Приазов’я. The aim of this article is a multipurpose analysis of the forms and directions of local history, scientific research issues in the context of the study of the social and political crisis in South-East of Ukraine, its causes and possible consequences. The author considers it appropriate to consider the history of the accumulation of knowledge about Donetsk region, determine the main directions of scientific developments and their implications for future study and promotion of knowledge about the region and its development. It is concluded that historical science has accumulated rich material about the history of Donbass and Donetsk in particular, where complex and controversial events are happening nowadays. A significant contribution was made thanks to local historical researches, which were conducted by scientists as well as the public. Historical researches in Soviet Ukraine are primarily aimed at studying of history of economic and first of all industrial enterprises because of national policy and the task of gathering knowledge about the history of workers and enterprises. Since 1990-s. greatly expanded range of scientific problems, to study which scientists seek. First of all, the problems of formation of the multinational population of the south-eastern region, the history of settlement, economic development, cultural and educational area, religions of Greeks, Bulgarians and other nations became topical. Activity of zemskih institutions, municipal government and social and cultural development of the region in XIX - early XX century were not left without attention of scientists. Similarly, the further study of the region's history of the twentieth century happens. The results of the scientists’ researches were the publications of scientific articles, monographs, protection of master's and doctoral dissertation. Analysis of historic study of Donetsk region shows firstly that there is a need to summarize all the new works that appeared after Ukraine gained independence in order to identify peculiarities of historical development, the formation of social and cultural environment, the preservation of traditional culture, attitudes and moral and psychological situation of the South-East of Ukraine. However, there are significant gaps in historical knowledge of the region. Noteworthy are the problems of everyday life of certain social groups, especially the workers. The study of this subject will reveal the lifestyle of social groups, forming their outlook, opinions and attitudes. This will help to reveal the causes and origins of the events that are now classified as a social and political crisis in Ukraine.
