Abstract
JEDNOSTEK SAMORZĄDU TERYTORIALNEGO The cooperation of self-government bodies with their foreign partners is a very important and current issue. It is being taken in order to solve own local and regional problems and to raise the competitiveness on the national and international level. Coping with objectives faced in the civil service is the sentence of the process being carried out by representative organs of regional units of European organizations. It is regarding the task and competence sphere resulting from the duty of the execution of own and commissioned duties indispensable for correct functioning of local community.
