Abstract

Investigating authorities are facing many challenges in investigating computer crimes. Undoubtedly, this activity requires not only knowledge of the legal base but also special scientific knowledge in relation to computer technology and information technology.The study presented some aspects of the important role of computer expert in the process of investigating computer crimes.
