ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИЙ ДОСВІД ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ НЕДОПУЩЕННЯ ДИСКРИМІНАЦІЇ У СФЕРІ ПРАЦІ ТА МОЖЛИВОСТІ ЙОГО ВИКОРИСТАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific views of scientists, the European experience of legal regulation of non-discrimination in the field of labor is researched and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. It is substantiated that in the territory of the European Union, anti-discrimination provisions are created under the influence of the legislation of this international organization and domestic national legal acts issued on its basis, which in fact creates a double system of guarantees of nondiscrimination in the workplace.
