Using purposive sampling and quota sampling technique, the researcher was able to seek the participation of select 112 respondents all over the Division of Quezon. On the level of job satisfaction and performance, weighted mean was used and to find - out the significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance of teachers , the spearman correlation was used. Results of the findings showed that in terms of job security, the respondents rated all indicators satisfied. In terms of work environment, job responsibilities, community linkages and job security , they rated the indicators much satisfied. In terms of challenges in the lack of teaching strategies, personal and attitude self- learning and resourcefulness seeking help and openness and acceptance, they rated all of them often encountered. The total mean is equivalent to sometimes encountered. The result also showed that there was no significant relationship between job satisfaction of the respondents and their performance in the latest RPMS since the P- Value of all the indicators is greater than the P-Value of 0.05 level of significance. The overall hypothesis was therefore accepted.
