JOB SATISFACTION OF BANK EMPLOYEES: THE CASE OF GİRESUN

Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the factors that affect the job satisfaction of the banking sector employees in Giresun city. For this purpose, survey was conducted to the employees of 37 bank branch. In this survey 43 question was asked in total, to determine demografic factors and to measure satisfaction scale. 203 survey used for the analysis. Explanatory Factor Analysis was applied to the data set and 5 factors were identified for job staisfaction scale. General Cronbach’s Alpha value calculated (0,895) for the reliability and cumulatif variance explained of the five factor was found (%63,518) .
