Abstract
The article touches upon the issue of original jurisdiction as an independent institution of lawinCivil Procedural Law. The institutionof original jurisdiction is analyzed through a system of legal criterion for separation of institutions of law as structural and legal formations in specific branches or sub-branches of law.Investigatedthe subject and method of legal regulation of the institution of original jurisdiction.
