JURISDICTION AS AN INDICATION OF THE PERPETRATOR UNDER ART. 255, 257, 2583, 260 CRIMINAL CODE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article reveals the content of sanity as the features of the subjects of the crimes provided for by article 255, 257, 2583, 260 of the criminal code. It is established that in the definition of the subject of the crime provided part 1 of article 18 of the criminal code of Ukraine, there is no indication of limited sanity. Given this, proposed several solutions to the problem.
