JUSTIFICATION OF PARAMETERS OF PRIORITY POSITIONING OF SHIPOWNERS’ STRUCTURES IN THE SYSTEM OF MARITIME TRADE MARKET

Abstract
The most important competitive parameters of the priority type of activity of shipowners’ subsystems are considered under the criteria of the prospective development of the merchant fleet. Herewith, it is important to disclose the conditions for the effective functioning of the maritime trade market. The principle of determining the basic parameters of the fleet is substantiated in accordance with the patterns of development of the main components of the shipping industry. An emphasis is put on the strengthening of the volatility factor of the freight market when the parameters of the systemic balance of the maritime trade market are violated. Therefore, disclosure of the principle of systemic balance of the global maritime transport market becomes fundamental.
