PECULIARITIES OF STATE SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL TERRITORIES: FOREIGN AND NATIONAL PRACTICE

Abstract
The article has proved the importance of rural territories development in modern terms of post-crisis transformation of Ukrainian national economy based on the optimization of support on the part of powerful state institutions for rural areas taking into account foreign experience. In addition, the research has provided and described peculiarities of state support for rural development in different world countries, which have been divided into groups in compliance with their economic development (amount of per capita GDP). Separately, the study has given characteristic features of state support for development of rural territories in Ukraine. The comparison with countries-outsiders, to which based on the estimation of national economic system development the country belongs, has also been done. The article has identified that because of economic problems and post-crisis development of the country, Ukraine uses combined support for rural territories emphasizing the state, private business, and economic entities influence. Additionally, the research has outlined problems of the state bodies support for rural areas in the county.
