КАЧЕСТВО АДМИНИСТРАТИВНЫХ УСЛУГ: ПРОБЛЕМЫ ТЕОРИИ И ПРАКТИКИ

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the pressing questions of quality of administrative services in Ukraine. Certain aspects of the quality of administrative services are examined taking into account the experience of the European countries. In the article the author analyzes the definitions of administrative services, quality of administrative services in the scientific literature and legislation Drawn conclusion, that today in modern legal science and practice increase of quality of administrative services consists in: establishing clear requirements for the quality of administrative services and their assessment at the legislation; development of standards of administrative services at the national level; organization of the process of monitoring the quality of providing administrative services.
