Kapitalo investicijas lemiantys veiksniai investicijų teorijų raidos kontekste

Abstract
Straipsnyje pateikiama įvairių investicijų teorijų apžvalga, siekiant nustatyti veiksnius, lemiančius kapitalo investicijų pokyčius. Atlikus investicijų teorijų analizę, galima išskirti šiuos pagrindinius veiksnius, darančius įtaką kapitalo investicijoms: gamybos apimties lygį, finansinius išteklius, investicijų finansavimo būdą, kapitalo kaštus, pajėgumų išnaudojimo lygį, gamybos veiksnių kainas, Tobin Q rodiklį. Tačiau, atsižvelgiant į opcionų teoriją didesnį poveikį investicijoms daro ne minėtų veiksnių apimtis ar kaina, o su veiksniais susijęs neapibrėžtumas.
