KEWENANGAN BPD (BADAN PERMUSYAWARATAN DESA) DALAM MENJALANKAN FUNGSI LEGISLASI

Abstract
In conducting this study, researchers took the theme of "Authority BPD (Village Consultative Body) in the Run Function Legislation Sebuaah The study Sociology Formation Karamatwangi Perdes in the village district. Garawangi Kab. Brass. As for the location of the research itself is conducted in the district of Kuningan more precisely in the village Karamatwangi. This study will focus on the first issue, how the process of establishing a village regulation in the village, secondly, how evektifitas Village Consultative Body in carrying out its legislative function. The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine how the process of establishing rules Karamatwangi village in the village district. Garawangi Kab. Brass and to identify and examine how evektifitas Village Consultative Body in carrying out its legislative function. This research can be useful, among others, can conveniently be used as a reference in terms of the establishment of rules especially village regulations, this study attempts to provide an overview of the Village Consultative Body authority in carrying out its legislative function. The results of this study are expected to provide an academic reference in the field of law, especially in the field of Constitutional Law. The method used in this research is empirical juridical or quantitative research methods to collect and present data obtained to analyze the actual situation and then do a rational analysis based on the reference of juridical through literature and field research. Village Consultative Body is the legislative body on the lower level which has an important role in the formation of the village administration legal products to create a system of checks and balences and mouthpiece of the community in conveying aspirations.
