Key problems in land management for construction and maintenance of commercial buildings within aggregations of Kharkiv region

Abstract
In this article main aspects are reviewed which might be key in conducting land auctions within aggregations on the territory of Kharkiv region. Potential solutions to these problems are emphasized through a mechanism of land management. The research is focused on land for construction and maintenance of commercial buildings within aggregations of Kharkiv region.
