KEY TRENDS MARKET REGULATION OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Abstract
The main stages of regulatory reform in the field of electronic communications are considered. Based on a comprehensive analysis, the interrelation of the influence of technological changes on the structure of participants and approaches to regulation in electronic communications has been established. The basic principles of regulatory reform in the context of creating a single European space in the context of reducing the list of markets for electronic communications services are presented. The prospects for the impact of technological changes based on regulation in the field of electronic communications are investigated.
