RIGHT FOR REST AND HOLIDAY IN CONTEXT PROBLEMS OF STRENGTHENING LEGAL GUARANTEES OF ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract
Modern conditions for reforming and updating the labor legislation of Ukraine, studying and accounting for positive foreign legislative experience of the legal regulation of labor relations and rest time is of great importance, therefore, the article is devoted to the problem of implementing employee guarantees for rest. The analysis of the current labor legislation in the field of rest and vacations is carried out. The problematic aspects in the sphere of strengthening the guarantees for the rest of the personnel were revealed and the ways of their solution were suggested.
