КЛАСИФІКАЦІЯ ВИДІВ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ НАПРУЖЕНОСТІ В ОСВІТНІХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ (Classification of social tension in educational organizations)

Abstract
The article deals with the content of social tension in organizations, which refers to a certain mental state of an organization and is characterized by aggravation of internal and external organizational contradictions of the objective and subjective character and manifested in the staff's individual and group behaviors. The author proposes the criteria for the analysis of organizational social tension types at the meso level (the level of the organization as a whole and the interaction between staff and the organization) and micro level (personal level) and discusses the content of each type of organizational social tension in detail. The classification of educational organization social tension developed by the author can be helpful for educational organization managers and psychologists in preventing and reducing social tension in organizations.
