Abstract

The article analyzes the objectives, structure, content and length of commercial organization staff's customer orientation training, which includes five thematic sessions that cover the general information about customer orientation and its role in the work of commercial organizations; structure and basic components of customer orientation in commercial organizations; challenges of customer orientation in commercial organizations; commercial organization staff's customer orientation meso-level factors (organizational development, organizational culture, etc.) and micro-level factors (staff's professional and personal characteristics, etc.). Each of the thematic sessions is made up of the informative, assessing and components and various interactive techniques (filling in worksheets, brainstorms, group discussions, business games, psychological workshops, home projects, final creative projects, etc.). The training can be used by organizational psychologists and HR managers in training commercial organization staff's customer orientation.
