SOCIALIZATION OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS THROUGH THE PEER-TO-PEER TECHNOLOGY

Abstract

The article presents an overview of different approaches to peer-to-peer teaching and personality development and socialization. The authors analyze the existing psychological theories and research that prove the peer-to-peer technology's effectiveness for university students’ socialization, both leaders and those with whom they interact and communicate, and adaptation to the education environment and activities. The authors discuss the basic aspects of students' life, where the peer-to-peer technology has the greatest socializing effect. The authors also present their peer-to-peer-based leader students' training program.
